Michael Bindlechner

Michael Bindlechner has been a director and director of photography for about 25 years. He has shot documentaries and directed a feature film but most of importantly he has shot and directed innumerable TV commercials. But his undeniable claim to fame is food, especially chocolate - ever since he did a margarine commercial that won a Golden Lion. He discovered his true calling. Not only did he invest his artistic talents for making his shots look good, he also analysed the effect each visual element had on producing a mouth-watering effect on viewers - thanks to extensive market research and tests, which even involved brain current measurement analysis. All this while working for the iconic brand Lindt. Little wonder that it paid off handsomely for the client and today he is a food communication consultant for names like Kraft Foods, Nestlé, Ferrero, McDonalds and many more.
